Good morning all fellow Hammers I hope you’re all welll and in good spirits this morning.

Bacon and black pudding toast is this morning washed down with some Colombian coffee to start the day.

Brilliant display from Anderson yesterday and I am so delighted for Yarmalenko... he’s worked hard to come back and let’s hope he stays injury free and we see the best of him in the coming months. Only downside for yesterday was we should have scored 3-4 but hey ho it’s 3 points before the break and that’s good for morals.

Have a good day all.

Yes 2 eggs, forgot that. The french fries were left overs from last night McDonald's, so just lobbed them on top as was hungry.

Morning Pringle, ted, all. Hungover to fuck today so ordered two sausage baps from Greggs via deliveroo. Couple of bottles to wash it down with and a bit of Notting Hill on the telly.

Only got to see MOTD coverage, but very impressed with what I saw from Haller and Anderson. Looks like we could have easily turned around our Goal difference.

Mushrooms and black pudding cannot fuck themselves. They are essential.

Manuel is clearly a greedy bastard, but I confess to liking chips myself with a fry up.

Mushrooms and black pudding can fuck themselves though.

2 sausage sarnies and a lucozade as I'm ill!!!

First time I've watched MOTD for a long time due to my love of football almost disappearing thanks to the men in suits killing it, but good to see us playing well.

Issue for us is the consistency though, as you never know what team will turn up every week, so nice having one where we gain 6 points and a comfortable cup win.

For the first time since Defoe, we also look to have a striker capable of getting well into double figures, which is massive considering we also have plenty of goals to come from the rest of the attackers.

As for the boring subject of VAR, only have to look at the officials performances yesterday to see how pointless it is and that it still doesnt work.

Each to their own, I guess, Pringle. For me - as much as a love a coffee in the morning - if you’re opting for a fry up/ bacon butty, you’ve got to accompany this delightful culinary delight with a mug of tea.

Maybe we should of scored more but the big positive for me was a PL clean sheet.

Oh..freshly squeezed orange juice and 2 mugs if tea😀
